After an order is placed on our website, our staff will package the items in your order and get them ready for delivery. Our delivery staff and/or delivery partners will delivery to your location. In the rare case that we don’t have all the items in your order, we will either call you to update the cost and charge, or we simply cancel the other, inform you one email and text message that we could not fulfill your order, and your card will not be charged.

Yes, you receive and invoice for your order in the email and a paper invoice in the delivery.
